A charming B&B,

A village that seems well isolated, although in the center of a beautiful region: Monieux -Flassan - Bedoin - Crillon le Brave - Methamis - Sault, whose appeal he does not seem to share.
The Sarrasine is a beautiful old house with some charm. Everything seems to be from the period or almost (the air conditioner is modern and quiet).
The dilapidated place and its vintage decoration gives it a pleasant authenticity.
The rooms are old, but clean, the linen is clean and soft. The bathroom is ordinary but functional.
Breakfast is quite minimalist. Rather than traditional pastries, in accommodation of this type and at this rate, we could expect local products: farm eggs, sheepfold cheese, sourdough bread, fresh fruit from local producers etc...
Welcoming is a little cold at first, perhaps because of the passing tourism and the intimate nature of the accommodation: each guest is so different. It takes some time to learn, and the remoteness of the village does not encourage staying for several nights. Too bad, because the Saracensine has charm and its owner is very friendly when you give her time to relax. His advice is welcome.

Nice B&B

Clean room, authentic building, friendly staff, good breakfast and reasonable prices - what more do you want.
In the centre of a nice village, a great place to start biking around Mt Ventoux and the hills around.
A free jazz concert was a highlight

Cycling trip with friends

The accommodation was excellently appointed. with everything we needed for a comfortable cycling trip. Mont Ventoux is easily accessible from this village. The host was very accommodating, the breakfast was excellent and recommendations on evening meals were of a fantastic standard.

A lovely stay

Stayed here with friends on holiday. We truly had a lovely stay. The interior is very nice, we thought very typical for the region. The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere. We dealt with the owner mostly, Bertrand, a very welcoming host, friendly and eager to elaborate on things to do and see in the area. His English is good and he was also very patient with our attempts to speak French. The location is very convenient, easy to find, and shops and bars (try Le Caillard, it’s nice!) are close by.
It can get a little noisy, as the front rooms are right at the street. On the first floor you can sometimes hear other guests passing on the stairs. Visited during 14th july celebrations, which is a nice party, but it added to the noise from outside. Which was of course not in the owner’s influence!! Would definitely recommend all together.

A night in historic house full of character, followed by a great breakfast with friendly host.

The room is amazing, it's like something out of a period film, complete with worn stone staircase, provençal shutters and balcony over the church square. Yet there is a clean spacious modern bathroom. The couple who run it are friendly and informative. The entrance too is like a film scene. Fresh bread and jam made on premises for breakfast were really tasty. The kitchen and eating area are quite higgledy piggledy, although completely stocked with all appliances. We felt more comfortable eating in the room after cooking.
