Island Life

Caretaker, Kissy Tanael is awesome! We spent 2 nights in the place and our room was upgraded from standard to AC for just an additional 400 pesos (for 2 nights). The resort took care of the tour package for 2,500 pesos good for 2 heads, we've experienced the breathtaking wonders of Catanduanes

Vibe is superb

The best thing about Majestic Puraran Beach Resort is the vibe you can feel during your stay. The staff are nice. You would be surprised that the waiters are actual surfers. And they serve delicious food in ample amount. Their Bicol express is one of the best I had.
Downside: Do not book their AC rooms, because when we were there, not worth it. Their cottage fan rooms are way better.

Secluded & tranquil - until the birt of the storm

This rating is for their restaurant - which is right in front of the property, overlooking the beach.
I only really ordered kinilaw because I ordered too many where I stayed.
I did see owners husband and wife eat tuna pesto of some sort while we were chatting and judging by the orders tat came in while I was there on a slow afternoon, it must be really good.
The kinilaw was dorado fish from the day’s catch. Really spicy! Very good! They put mayonnaise in the vinaigrette which made it real creamy.. it was super good i ordered one to go.

Delicious food at Majestic beach

Majestic Puraran Beach Resort is one of the 3 resorts inside the Puraran property. We were originally booked for accommodation with Majestic’s cottages but was transferred to the other adjoining resort due to overbooking. Luckily, it was also a nice place for the family and we had a great view of the beach and the room we we had was big. However for our lunch, we ordered from Majestic resort and ate at their place. The dining area was a bit small and crowded but all the foods we ordered were very delicious. We all enjoyed our meal in this paradise. Even the breakfast we left before we left the property was so yummy. I must say Majestic has a very good cook.

Quiet place to relax

The place is a very nice place to relax and view the famous "Majestic" waves it is well known for. The place also provides good food and has friendly staff. We stayed at one of their huts which was spartan which the typical regular life of the local experience every day.
