We had a wonderful time at the hotel, the staff were super accommodating and the facilities wr top-notch! The pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved the overall vibe of the place it was the perfect spot to unwind and relax ❤️

Could be better
Ambience and food are good.. but some of the equipment in the fitness center are out of order.

Not worth it - too many issues
On the surface this looks like a nice hotel. The lobby is grand and you’re greeted by the music of a player grand piano. But when you look past that, you notice the worn furniture and musty smell they’re trying to cover up with air freshener. Our room was large and had a balcony. But the carpet was worn and the sloppy paint job on the walls bled onto the edges of the carpet. The bathroom had a large bathtub and you had to scale the unnecessary surrounding wall to get into it. The shower curtain smelled of mildew and there was mold in the grout. The Wi-Fi did not work for three days of our stay which was a major inconvenience. I tried to use the fitness room but the treadmills were out of order and when I asked when they would be repaired I was told they weren’t. At least I was able to walk outside in the surrounding park. The breakfast buffet was adequate and the staff was always friendly and helpful especially Robert. I also did not feel secure in the room since the door only had a deadbolt lock and there was a large gap at the bottom that let light in as well as hallway noise. We ordered room service twice and the first night they seemed to be out of a lot of items on the menus. I settled for the grilled cheese sandwich which arrived cold and the “chips” were basically raw slices of potato sitting in a puddle of oil. The chicken salad was mostly lettuce. The second time we got room service it was better, or at least edible. On the positive side the staff was always friendly and helpful. There are other options for nice hotels in Davao, so suggest going elsewhere.
