Honest Hotel

I had an outstanding experience with Red Planet Ortigas that truly deserves recognition.
After checking out this morning and arriving at my office, I suddenly realized that I had accidentally left my wallet inside the room safe. Naturally, I was very concerned, but when I contacted the hotel, Marjorie from the Front Desk immediately assisted me with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care.
Not only did they locate my wallet, but Marjorie also helped arrange for it to be sent to me via Lalamove, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was returned intact.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've found myself in this situation while traveling with other Hotels. In the past, I've experienced cases where lost valuables were never returned, which is why this experience stood out even more. The honesty, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond for a guest are qualities that cannot be taken for granted.
Red Planet Ortigas is more than just a comfortable place to stay—it's a hotel with integrity. Knowing that the staff can be trusted with something as important as a wallet gives guests tremendous peace of mind.
Special thanks again to Marjorie and the entire team for their honesty and exceptional customer service. You turned what could have been a very stressful day into a reminder that there are still businesses and people who genuinely care about doing the right thing.

We always stay here as our base to go to Antipolo. It’s only an hour away from this hotel and via Grab to Antipolo it will be faster and convenient.

Positive- staff, clean
Negative - o space for luggage or clothing. A simple fold away rack for suitcase would ba a good improvement
No the, coffee, cups, hot warmer kettle would be a minimum
Location is not pedestrian friendly

The hotel is getting older and it shows. The Aircon was on but not cold and when we told the staff they just tried setting the thermostat lower. The room was warm the entire stay and we woke up to a wet floor. The air in the corridor was cooler and you could feel the difference when you opened the room.
Location is good and the Mediterranean restaurant by the hotel entrance is delicious.
