Worst Experience ever
I have never experienced such an unprofessional, stressful, and downright hostile stay. We booked two adjacent rooms for May 15–16. One was for myself and my child, and the other was for my sister arriving on a late flight from Aklan. My niece has epilepsy, and I am currently in a wheelchair recovering from an acute ischemic stroke and ACL surgery. Management showed zero competency and zero basic human empathy.
Despite being in a wheelchair right out of the hospital, security refused to let us temporarily park inside to check in. They forced my driver to park hazardously while we waited.
Check-in was at 2:00 PM. We arrived at 4:00 PM, only to be told one room wasn’t ready because the previous guest extended.
They then claimed they were fully booked and tried to place us on completely different floors (15th and 22nd), breaking our request for close proximity due to medical needs. They tried to force me to pay for an upgrade just to get what I had already booked.
The front desk was left entirely to unpaid, untrained OJT students who had no power to help nor decide. The manager refused to speak with me directly, hiding behind text messages to her staff. She actually suggested we cancel and find another hotel at 6:00 PM—completely disregarding that I am in a wheelchair and a refund would take 15–30 days.
When they finally rebooked us directly to resolve their mistake, the manager illegally refused to apply my mandated PWD discount. We didn’t get into our rooms until 6:40 PM.
I thought after the Epic Aggravating Check in experience, I can finally have my rest. Come midnight, the air conditioning failed completely. As a recovering stroke patient, the extreme heat was physically dangerous.
I called the front desk and sent one from the housekeeping. She admitted the AC was broken and said maintenance wouldn’t arrive until 10:00 AM. They refused to transfer us, claiming they were full, and instead gave us a massive air cooler that was so deafeningly loud it felt like trying to sleep inside an MRI machine. I was awake and stressed the whole night because of that.
When maintenance arrived at 10:30 AM, the technician casually mentioned that the room right next to mine had been empty all night, and he didn't know why the front desk refused to move me. To add insult to injury, he then reminded me that checkout was at 12:00 PM. So I only have a few minutes left before packing up our things.
The Facilities are subpar, The bathroom flooded after just one shower, the AC unit was ancient and filthy, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, and there was no streaming/Netflix access without using personal accounts.
Our stay was a complete frustration.
This was not a vacation; it was a health hazard and an incredibly aggravating ordeal. The manager is irresponsible, cowardly, and utterly unfit for hospitality. Save your money, your sanity, and your health—DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
Do not risk your money or your health here. Never again.

The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever needed.
The location is convenient, with Robinsons Mall nearby, making it easy to find food, shops, and daily necessities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized.
Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this property.

When the View Steals the Show.
However, the air conditioner wasn’t strong enough to cool the room, and I found myself sweating at night. Also, there was no iron available in the unit, and they couldn’t provide one even after I explained that I badly needed it after a 12-hour travel. Unfortunately, I ended up going to my interview with wrinkled clothes.
Overall, the place is decent for the price, but it would be much better if they could improve the air conditioning and provide basic amenities like an iron.
Very good location
