Great Value Hotel with a Convenient Location
Booked this hotel because it was near the reception venue of my cousin’s wedding, and I was looking for a hotel that offered good value for money. Good thing we stayed here.
The room was clean and spacious, and the aircon was cold too. The bathroom was a bit small for me because the toilet was blocked by the bathroom door, so you need to close the door first before using it.
Location-wise, it was perfect. It is near Ayala Malls Serin, which has a lot of restaurants, and Fora Mall also has direct access to the hotel. The hotel was quiet too since it is far from the main road.
The breakfast was not buffet-style. It was a set menu from the bakery in the lobby.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. My kids still swam even though the pool was very cold, and the hotel provided life vests for free.
So, if you’re looking for a budget hotel with a nice location, this is a great option for you.

Poor Customer Service.
Poor Customer Service. I've booked a week earlier but got a room that is not what I paid for in advance, front desk not welcoming and not helpful on any concern.

Had a great stay

Nice hotel but make sure to be professional all times
Me and my boyfriend enjoy the ambiance and the room but this one staff was not so professional we saw how they treat another employee yelling in the lobby, next time make sure to talk in private area so guest cannot witness this kind of matter.
