Quaint, but not Quiet and Cute!

I didn't know what to expect from this boutique hotel because I had a little trepidation about staying in something other than a resort or name brand hotel chain; however, I was pleasantly surprised by the cute little hotel. You get actual keys to your room and that is small but clean and comfortable. The front desk personnel, especially, Ms. Aria, are welcoming, really nice and represent the people of San Juan really well. They have a beautiful little pool to take advantage of and there is plenty to eat and enjoy in walking distance of the hotel. There is no elevator but the steps are few. Just be aware of that of you have any mobility problems. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come back.

For the cost in San Juan it was nice and met the need. We only needed a place to stay after a long flight.

Our room was not the best, request à room upstairs, ours was in a corner with a window looking at a wall with bright lights so no matter what time of day it was it looked like noon. With the curtains closed it was better except the light peeked through the side and the bed was right there looking at the gap. If we hadn't been exhausted when we got there I would have asked for another room.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The free parking was a real bonus and the pool was so refreshing after a day of sightseeing. It was convenient to restaurants, the airport, and the highway. Despite being so close to the airport the noise level was not an issue.

I love staying here but unfortunately the desk clerk punching in something wrong and my card got declined. Luckily his supervisor showed up and she saw the error. I would have had to go back to the airport and sleep on the floor.

AWESOME STAY

I go to Puerto Rico every year for a month. I stay here at the beginning and end of my trips. It is a charming boutique hotel. I love this place. Check in and check out is a breeze. Customer service is top notch. The hotel is not just clean but spotless. You can't beat the location. It is within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. If you are not in the mood for the beach it has an awesome pool. I have NEVER had a negative experience at this place, it is under priced for what you get and the icing is you can rent a car here. One stop for all your needs and I will continue to stay here when I visit Puerto Rico.
