For me to avoid

Cute rooms managers unsympathetic and be careful we left the keys at the reception and returning at one in the morning all closed there were no keys and if it was not for other friends we slept outside do not answer the phones state without assistance do not understand Italian and do not apologize for the inconvenience sweet breakfast nonexistent and smells of sewer in the room

With my partner we travel a lot and have visited several hotels, but we never had such a bad experience.
Beginning with the poor disposition and attitude of the staff. We had a problem with the heating and after 1:30 hours and informing them 3 times that the room was frozen and neither the heating nor the air conditioning worked, they only did something there and came to see. We stayed 3 nights and the second day we ran out of hot water and the worst part is that no one informed us anything, we had to go to ask and no one offered an apology or an acknowledgement of anything as we could not shower in 2 days there. Poor breakfast. I don't know who gave the stars to this hotel because it doesn't deserve 1. They close the door from 00:00 to 08:00 am and no one will be there if you need anything. The parking they say they have is the street itself and you have to pay. Rooms look tender but basic amenities are not covered. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!!!!!

Good value for money

Small but cozy room. Everything was there. In the hallway it was extremely hot, but fortunately the air conditioning brought cooling to the room.
Breakfast could be a little more varied, but this hotel is good value for money.
It is also a good base for exploring the city with about a 20-minute walk to the centre.
