Visit
The location is excellent as it is near the Praid salt mine, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were very polite. The food is good. There is a wide space for parking. I highly recommend it! I will be back.

The staff was very unpolite.
The food was very bad.
I would not recommend.
Personalul a fost nepoliticos.

Singurul avantaj: apa la sticla a fost in regula.

Awful. Please avoid.
Their restaurant is horrendous. The waitress came very late (we were about to leave), forgot to bring us proper utensils, and gave us attitude when she brought the food and whenever we asked something. Some of the food was tasteless, while the rest just felt old. That contrasted with her constant claim that the food was fresh, but we didn't have time to argue- she looked as if she was about to spit on us or something. Not going back!

Quite nice.
A friend and I were driving between Suceava and Sibiu last summer and we needed a room with two beds. We had intended to stay in the hotel next door, but they only a room with a double bed so we walked over and discovered this lovely place. This hotel was almost completely booked but they had one room still available which was a very large triple (three twin beds). Considering we were somewhat desperate for a room we felt we really lucked out finding this hotel since the room was great and the price was great.
We had pizza (average) in the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was not included so I got something to eat from the market nearby.

It's ok for the average tourist
Even though this review is mostly complaints, the place is good for the average tourist and is relatively good.
You can adjust the temp in the rooms by using the two faucets on the heaters.
Nice balcony, but no chairs, two armchairs in the room, too heavy to haul out there.
No breakfast included. Restaurant opens at 8, so if you happen to wake up before that, good luck since there isn't a table or a chair anywhere to sit at (nothing opens before 8 in the town though). The food is decent, wait staff is decent, reception staff is decent. Though if you want to have anything that is not eggs every morning for breakfast, you're out of luck (this is a general problem in the town again).
Water pressure: meh, water temp good, showers are nice and watertight. Mini-fridge in the room, though if you want to sleep, it makes some noise.
Build quality is good, seems like it was recently done, walls and tiles not falling off yet.
Wifi exists, but is bad, like in every hotel everywhere. Hotel owners need to get it through their thick skulls that consumer wifi is made for homes and supports about 5 devices, not a whole truckload of people. Only place the wifi works was the restaurant, a few meters from the wifi.
If the place is fully booked, you might end up without a parking spot.
I have to commend the architect on making the whole place acoustically marvelous. Though, if you don't want to organize a symphonic concert, and you just want to go to the can, and not have the whole building hear you, you're out of luck. My gawd, everything makes noise there. You fuss around in the bed - noise. You open a door - noise. Mini-fridge - noise. Other guests going to their rooms - noise. Loud kids/toddlers going to their rooms and slamming doors - noise. Kids jumping and screaming at 11PM in another room or balcony - noise. Might not bother you if you're a heavy sleeper.
Room views - back: view of the playground and some other houses, not much to see. front: view of the town.
Average tripadvisor score of 9.2 - don't think so.
Location: main street, everything is within 5 minutes (5 restaurants, about 3 stores, salt mine).
If you're bored, get in the car, Sovata is 30 minutes away, more restaurants there, a few spas, plus a walking / hiking trail around the lakes, in the forest. Odorheiu Secuiesc 30 mins away, more restaurants there. Lots of mountains / forests / hills in the region if you're into that sort of thing.
If the only thing you care about is sleeping and eating, go for it. If you're like me and have problems sleeping, get bored of food, are a complaining cynical person who needs wifi to live, you might never find a place to stay.
