Fabulous

The rooms are fabulous, with all things you would need for comfort and pleasure, the only thing missing are close to none, the staff is amazing, they're all soo careful, and the friendliest you'll find, they've got 24/7 room service, the views on the rooftop and balcony are the best in town, they are exquisite, they have nice and safe car parking and they wash cars every morning.
If you are planing a trip in town this is the place you should rest, it has the best price to room ratio.

Good value for money, decent rooms

Decent rooms and good value for money, great views on Lake Kivu, but somewhat out of the way as far a Gisenyi/the border go. Good food and very engaged service. Can recommend for short stays and to relax before/after visit to DRC.

Spacious rooms and beautiful views of Lake Kivu

My friends and I booked two rooms for the weekend in this new hotel on Lake Kivu since our favourite place to stay was already full. It is located across the street from the lake, so does not have waterfront property, but it makes up for this in its beautiful views. When we arrived they had prepared rooms for us on the second floor, but since we wanted to be as high up as possible, we asked to be switched to the third floor, and they kindly granted our request. The views from our room balconies were beautiful, but we soon discovered the roof, which was even more breathtaking! We ended up having breakfast on the roof both days. The rooms at this hotel are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Food orders, while delicious, do take quite a bit of time. Breakfast took about 45 minutes to arrive after we ordered in the morning. We also ordered lunch when we were checking out, and it took almost 2 hours from when we placed the order to arrive, so get your orders in early and expect to wait. The breakfast was lovely, however, with eggs prepared in your choice, a crepe, toast, fruit, and tea or coffee. Overall the stay was lovely, and a great value!

Suited in a good location, by the lake side.
Rooms are HUGE!
Very clean.
Bathroom in a good size.
Room equiped with a good bed, small fridge, work table, chair, balconey and other stuff.
Helpful staff.
Price is cheaper than other same class hotels in the neighbirhood.

Sparkling clean!!

If you love cleanliness, this is a place for you to spend sometime with your family & friends. Friendly staff who are always ready to assist. The security man cleaned our car!! We didn’t expect that. Room prices are reasonable. I can’t wait to visit this place again!! Get a room with a lake view and you will definitely enjoy your stay!!
