The stay was great. Such a cute place when our flight got cancelled. The had a restaurant for dinner and breakfast in the morning.

Only okay for very short stays

Stayed two nights only to be close to the hospital and would not stay any longer than that… the location was in good proximity of the hospital & airport, the parking was a little tight and we were not aware that there would be loud music all night on the Friday. People who weren’t staying on the property filled the parking that night but eventually left at some point in the nightThe front door would not lock properly, the key was really hard to turn, the fridge was turned off which was annoying because we had some food that needed to be refrigerated but the ac was turned on smh, there was also termite droppings in the kitchen sink. Everything else was okay, I brought my own covers/pillow case, there wasn’t any toiletries in the bathroom not even soap or hand wash. So if you need a short stay sure, but I would not come back here.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the dinner was excellent, the room was well maintained and the air conditioning was excellent, the location was nice and quite with a beautiful view

We arrived late due to unforeseen circumstances , we waited a very long time to get someone to let us in after numeracy callers by a local gentleman and his wife. The place was basic, small bed, no hot water, the room was quite small. The next morning we went down for breakfast as per the receptionist we had to make reservations a day in advance. Resturant was closed till 2 pm.

Excellent Service from Reservation Department at Coconut Bay Resort

For many years, my sister and I have made it a tradition to visit Coconut Bay Resort annually, and for the past three years, we have also had the pleasure of bringing along my toddler. Each visit continues to be a memorable experience because of the exceptional service provided by your team. The resort atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction.
Today, however, I am writing specifically to express my sincere appreciation to the Reservation Department, especially Ms. Kimberly. Although I do not know her personally and have only communicated with her through email and telephone call, I felt compelled to acknowledge her outstanding professionalism and kindness.
Ms. Kimberly has been incredibly accommodating, patient, helpful, and courteous throughout our interactions. Her prompt assistance and pleasant attitude truly reflect the high standards of service that Coconut Bay Resort is known for. Employees like her make guests feel valued and appreciated.
Please extend my heartfelt thanks and recognition to Ms. Kimberly for a job exceptionally well done. Ms. Kimberly, keep being the wonderful person I believe you are.
Last month, in April, my sister and I visited the resort to celebrate her birthday, and it was once again a wonderful experience. I am also looking forward to returning next month, in June, to celebrate my birthday at the resort.
