Smiling & Cheerful Maid.

Good value. Room is clean, comfortable and tip top condition. Housekeeper KIM is quick, prompt and deligent - room upkeep, tidiness. Always smiling even her work is unpleasant.

Good but one staff made it not so good

The old Chef manning the breakfast was rude, He raised his voice on me and wasn't respectful during breakfast. Other than that the breakfast was ok, food was ok also.

Room size was good, comfortable bed.
Carpets were old with stains.
Tv had hardly any channels.
Swimming pool was a lot smaller than I was expecting.
Breakfast was very good 👍

Don’t bother with this hotel

We booked a room for 2 adults and an 11 year old child - and were given a room with 2 single beds! Not sure where the 11 year old was meant to sleep.
The response from reception(after we were directed to do the express check in which took much longer than actually speaking to someone at reception) was - well that’s all we have! I asked where the child was meant to sleep and they pretty much said they did not care because we should be able to sleep two to a single bed !
Also - we had an executive lounge access - but it is a poor excuse for a lounge. It is about the size of a room - the snacks were a couple of cold wedges and chicken nuggets plus wine and beer.
