Location is very nice. Breath taking view from the room. Room was large and clean. Bathroom also clean and tidy. They served mouth-watering food. There is a very big garden area with many birds. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a unforgettable stay.

There was no hot water on the first night and the room was changed for us the second night, which was very good. The scenery here is unique. I like this open landscape very much.

The hotel is a decidedly mid-range hotel (despite the price tag indicating otherwise). It's not a boutique hotel. The property is a bit tired. The housekeeping and restaurant service is mostly very good (and was the highlight of our stay), the reception less so. Another highlight was the walk to Lipton's Seat, the start of which was an hour by tuktuk from the hotel.
