Wonderful experience we had with City Heaven - Ella Hotel

This hotel is just walking distance to the town. We booked 3 triple rooms. Rooms were very spacious, clean & tidy along with the wash rooms. Thank you Ms Udumbara & staff. Your team provided a wonderful service to us & was very flexible & obliging on our requests. We truly enjoyed our stay at your Hotel. Please do continue the Good work. I'm sure your Hotel will be fully booked throughout the year! Thank you - jehan gurusinghe

SCAM

This hotel has the same reception as Hotel City Grand Ella, they want you to pay when you book, and when you arrive they say that the hotel is full, and that you will need to cancel the booking, then you must pay a cancellation fee wich is 50% to the hotel, scammers stay away.
