We love this place, tastiest food and value for money

This hotel was so good..the rooms,linen and cleanliness was remarkable for the price spent.The chef had taken great care to give every dish the best authentic taste.. The manager and staff are very friendly and accommodating.. We LOVE this place and have come several times..We will recommend this to any solo, couples and families..Truly value for money with the most wonderful safe beach,150 metre away. We will visit this place many more times

Disappointing Experience at Earl’s Red Pasikuda

We stayed at Earl’s Red Pasikuda during our recent group trip. Unfortunately, the overall experience was below expectations, especially considering the “Earl’s” hotel chain name.
We arrived around 12 p.m. after a long drive from Kandy but didn’t receive the warm welcome we expected. The receptionist seemed very busy and barely had time to attend to guests. Since we had brought lunch packets with us, we requested to have them in the restaurant. However, the management initially refused and asked us to eat in our rooms. Only after some discussion were we allowed to have lunch in the restaurant, which felt unnecessarily inconvenient.
The family rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the triple rooms were quite compact. The swimming pool was decent, though not remarkable.
In the evening, we enjoyed some time at the Pasikuda public beach, which was a highlight of the trip. We had dinner at a nearby seafood restaurant, but generally found that the food options in the area weren’t very flavorful.
Breakfast the next morning at the hotel was comparatively better, with a fair variety of dishes. However, the hospitality and service throughout the stay were minimal and lacked warmth.
We chose Earl’s Red Pasikuda mainly because of the brand name “Earl’s,” expecting a certain standard of service and comfort. Unfortunately, this property doesn’t live up to the usual Earl’s standards.

Lovely meal on two occasions

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we did eat there twice. It was very quiet and we were probably a little early but we were welcomed by the staff. The chef came out and chatted to us on both occasions and cooked us up a tasty meal on both nights. It was also a fraction of the price of the buffet on offer at our hotel.

Amazing Stay with Friends – Highly Recommend!

We stayed in a family room with four friends and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable – perfect for a group stay. The staff were outstanding, always attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special mention to the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of – truly an excellent person. Everything about our stay was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable experience!

Awurudu escape

From the moment my family and I arrived at Earl's Red, the staff welcomed us warmly and served us complimentary drinks. I was thoroughly impressed by the efficient check-in and check-out process. The hotel is ideally located, close to all major attractions. Breakfast was a feast, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I can't wait to stay here again! Thank you once again, Mr. Sarath and the team.
