Great stay! Excellent all round experience

Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in and around Mirissa!! Large comfy bed, air con worked perfectly and was just all round great value for money. Located just off the main road so the surrounding area is very quiet, yet it’s just a short 5 minute tuk tuk ride to Mirissa beach. The owners were super friendly and would go out their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible from the minute we arrived. Would definitely return to stay here again.

Superb place

Simple and cozy. Quiet atmosphere close to urban Mirissa. Rooms filled up with all new amenities, hot water, fridge and satellite television. Personal safety deposit box in the room. Can use the kitchen free. Genuine hosts

Good amenities, need better organization

We were first guest, and hotel is good and new. Price was great, though may not remain after a while. It can be ghostly in the night too as there is nothing around hotel and street is not lit. WiFi was okay but patchy. Hotel food was great though.
It could do with better organization. The hotel owner was in different city, and they didn't have much experience running hotel, and local representation (father of owner) didn't speak English, so every conversation was phone call to the owner. When we booked for 3 days they came back saying they overbooked and we have to leave in 2 days.

Жили с женой в этом гесте около недели, только положительные впечатления, хозяева очень гостеприимны, стараются помочь и помогают по любому вопросу, хотя и не говорят по английски, мы были на машине, поэтому местоположение для нас просто отличное, пешком до пляжа будет ходить далековато, но на любом виде транспорта от велосипеда до авто в течении 5 минут будете на месте, всем рекомендую данный гест и хозяев!
