Good location, good people, good room!

We have only good things to say about this hotel. Staff was very friendly and email communication/reservation with mangement was precise, delightful and reliable.
The rooms are not very big but nice and modern with well designed furniture and good use of the space.
We hope to be back!

I enjoyed my stay and as a woman alone felt safe and comfortable. The hotel is well located within walking distance of lots of restaurants. The rooms are modern and clean. I would stay there again.

Clean and comfy stay, but ask for a room on the top floor for a better view and to get further away from the noise of the bar/restaurant in front of the hotel. The hotel is nicely renovated but sadly the doors don't isolate well.

5 minutes walk behind Basilica Minor, relative new hotel, but cleanliness was a problem

positive:
- friendly personnel at reception
- free wifi, working only ok
- AC working well
negative:
- no "french bed" as in the booking confirmation - only two small beds werre put together - so you ended up in the gap between the matresses
- long black hairs on the bed (I'm blond, long hair)
- one towel had still lipstick on
- cleanliness of the bathroom could also be improved
- although I had the "do not disturb" sign out, somebody entered during my absence the room and switched off the AC (this happened twice)
- on my check-out day, at 11.30 am (check-out time is 12 noon), housekeeping was entering the room althoug I had the "do not disturb" sign out
- no fridge
