Excepcional hotel
This is one of the best experiences we have in Tanzania. The service is amazing, we stayed only one night because we had to leave to Spain but we will come back for sure. When we land to Seronera we had a very luxury car for Safari and a welcome snack, very well organized. Albert showed us all the animals and explain us all the things we asked about animals in Serengueti, he was very friendly. But the best surprise was when we arrived to the hotel, all the workers are incredible, Dani who is manager in the hotel made attention in all the details in our stayed. The room is incredible and the service one of the best hotels we never been, we are super happy

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something incredibly special.
The setting is absolutely breathtaking-the retreat sits high above Serengeti with spectacular endless views from every direction.
Watching the sun rise and set over the
Serengeti, surrounded by the sounds and beauty of the African wilderness, is something we will never forget.
The accommodations were beyond our expectations. Our luxury tent was beautiful, spacious, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It somehow managed to feel luxurious while still allowing us to feel completely immersed in the wilderness. Every detail was perfect and impeccably clean.
The entire staff was exceptional. They were warm, genuine, incredibly attentive, and seemed to take great pride in making sure every guest felt special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their kindness and hospitality went far beyond what we expected and by the time we left, we genuinely felt and by the time we left, we genuinely felt like we were saying goodbye to friends rather than simply leaving a resort.
If you are planning a trip to the Serengeti, do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not be disappointed. We cannot recommend
Serengeti Luxury Retreat highly enough.
I must also add that we used Kensington Tours, Natasha planned our trip exactly as we requested and added so many other special add ons that were also above and beyond.

10/10 experience at Serengeti luxury retreat
The tents and atmosphere was beautiful and very comfortable to stay in. It was clean and the service was outstanding. Everyone was so nice and caring and we had fun with the staff. The food was delicious with a lot of options. I would recommend this place to any family or couple spending nights in Serengeti.

The best experience ever!
Obsessed with this place!!!! My family and I wish we could stay here forever. We stayed in the two room tent. It was so beautiful and clean. The staff is very personable and friendly! I am so sad to leave! I will definitely be back in the future. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!! Thank you for the best experience ever.
