Highly recommended

Very good service and cleanliness. The rooms are very spacious, clean and with good air conditioning and isolation from the outside (important given the street in which it is located, next to the great Via). Everything is very clean and well kept and, although the building is very old, it is completely renovated inside. Highly recommended value for money.

NOTHING RELIABLE SITE

THEY LEFT ME ON THE STREET.
I have not been able to stay at this hotel because they have canceled my reservation completely fraudulently without prior notice. My stay coincided with a massive concert, I had the room reserved for months and, in order to get more money per room, they did this task for me. To make matters worse, the "worker" refused to give me the claim form and I was forced to call the police to give it to me.

I do not recommend it, very wild staff.

I booked this hotel because of the location and because the reviews said the staff was friendly. I stayed only one night for work (from this Tuesday to Wednesday) I rang the bell to enter because I had no battery in my cell phone and I didn't know the code by heart, they didn't open the door, I insisted and a boy with dyed blonde hair opened the door He yelled at me: "You're not going to get in unless you enter the code." He closed the door in my face, I didn't have time to say anything to him. For this reason I do not recommend it.

In Fuencarral

In the heart of Madrid, Fuencarral street. Second floor without elevator. Single room with air conditioning, basic toilet. Very friendly staff. Located in a residential building, coffee maker in the room. Normal price quality.
