Not a 5 starts hotel treatment not facilities
No water filling
Was negatively surprised not to accept 1 hour late check out despite being relatively empty and insisting on charging extra money !!!! Very bad from the management as the receptionist said they are not allowed to give late check out
Breakfast variety was ok but modest
Only positive thing was the concierge team who were super friendly and professional

We thought we would treat ourselves with a 5 star hotel on the last night of our Spain trip, and this was a major disappointment. This is more of a 2 star hotel, the photos are very deceiving.
It was dirty and dingy, the room smelled musty, the food was mediocre and exceptionally overpriced. After you take a shower, the bathroom smells like sewage.
The room we had felt claustrophobic - like it was designed by an amateur designer who had a poor sense of space. Actually, the whole hotel felt like it was designed by an amateur and things were broken, dirty and falling apart.
We had to move rooms from one of their rooms that looked like a spaceship to a more traditional room because there was barely any room for our bags. Our replacement room was slightly bigger but smelled as though someone smoked a pack of cigarettes and blew it over every inch of the carpets. The carpets were (once?) white and heavily stained. Yikes.
When we first arrived we ate at the lobby restaurant, Rebecca was the rudest waitress we could have gotten. It was like pulling teeth to receive the bare minimum for service. We were not made to feel welcome.
Also, the rooftop restaurant was closed during what I assume is peak season (August), so options were limited.
0/10 recommend. I’d rather stay at a clean 2 star hotel.
