EXCELLENT
As a travel agent, I always recommend Vincci Capitol to my clients when visiting Madrid. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the hotel offers excellent service, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and a very high standard of cleanliness. My personal experience was excellent as well, and I can confidently continue recommending this hotel to my clients. Highly recommended!

The hotel needs better lightning in the rooms, better room amenities. Air condition is poorly positioned. Overall, it needs improvement in the rooms.

Regarding the amenities, we offer different types of bathroom amenities depending on the category of the room reserved. Nevertheless, had you had a specific product or amenity in mind, our team would have been more than happy to assist you and provide it whenever possible. We are always available to help our guests and attend to their needs to ensure a more comfortable stay.
Regarding the lighting system, we are sorry if it was not as intuitive as expected during your stay. Our room control panel is designed to manage different areas of the room independently, allowing guests to select the bathroom lighting, reading light, TV area lighting, relaxing ambient lighting, or welcome light. Additionally, the intensity of the lights can be adjusted using the dedicated controls on the panel.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the improvement of our rooms. Our hotel has been designed following an Art Deco style, which is a distinctive part of the building’s identity and, as with many architectural and design styles, may generate different opinions depending on personal preferences. We truly value your perspective, as it helps us understand the different perceptions of our guests.

The best hotel is Vincci Capitol in Madrid.
The first time I stayed at Vincci Capitol was because of its proximity to Atocha since I had to go to work, and now I was partying around the capital, ha. You are the best hotel. Thank you for the treatment received. I will definitely stay again. Maria Rosa.
