A truly special stay

I stayed at the LEVEL Mallorca – Living and what struck me most of all was the staff: truly kind, helpful, and above all always smiling. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and looked after with great attention. It is certainly one of the property's strong points.
The location is also excellent, a few steps from the sea and in an area where there is practically everything you might need during your stay. The proximity to public transport is also very convenient, allowing you to easily reach the various areas.
The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, while the breakfast was truly perfect, with a good selection and everything of excellent quality.
Overall, I was very satisfied. A special thanks to all the staff for making the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Misleading free cancellation policy

I missed the free cancellation deadline by a few hours and had to pay the full amount, which I accept was partly my mistake.
Still, I found the cancellation policy wording misleading, as “14 days before arrival” was not clearly tied to midnight rather than check-in time. I contacted the hotel directly to look for a fair compromise, but unfortunately there was no goodwill or flexibility.

5 stars – Excellent Stay!
I had a wonderful experience at Level Mallorca. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great view. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A very unpleasant deception

Impossible to rest, all night people party in the hallways, the reception does nothing to prevent it, the curtains do not cover anything and there are LED spotlights on all the balconies that you cannot turn off, a horrible place to sleep, the breakfast is another nonsense. In the hotel it is in a nearby bar and only from 9 to 10 (if I wanted to have breakfast in a bar I do not pay breakfast included and I go to the bar I want and at the time I want) for the rest, everything is the same, a can of soda 3.5 a small water 1.90 and everything is the same. I don't recommend it to anyone, a place only for young Germans who don't want to sleep. When it comes to cleaning, I have been in many better places and in some worse ones.
