A fantastic hotel experience all round
We just had another stay at this brilliant hotel. I still cant believe the price and quality of the food and drinks here given its location right next to the sunset strip. The staff are the real gem though and are so friendly all the time. ive said it before years ago and it still stands today that we dont look at any other hotels in ibiza for our trips, its always the Gran Sol for us everytime. ❤️

Gran Sol Ibiza – Another Amazing Family Holiday! ☀️
**Another fantastic holiday at the Gran Sol, Ibiza ☀️**
We’ve had another brilliant holiday at the Gran Sol, and once again it’s reminded us why we love coming back. It’s such a welcoming, family-friendly hotel with great food at breakfast, lunch and dinner, a lovely pool and a genuinely relaxed atmosphere.
The cleanliness deserves a special mention. **This is honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in — and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels!** Everywhere is spotless, from the rooms and public areas to around the pool.
But what really makes the Gran Sol special is the people. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, helpful and welcoming, from the cleaners to the bar staff, reception and restaurant team.
A special shout-out to the bar team — **Jose, Pepe, Sergio, Salvatore and Claudio** — who were always brilliant and made us feel so welcome.
Also a big thank you to the reception team, **Pilar and Rosie**, and to **Manuel in the restaurant**, who were all fantastic throughout our stay.
It’s the combination of the great food, spotless hotel, fantastic pool and, most importantly, the amazing staff that makes the Gran Sol such a special place for a family holiday.

Very good but disappointed
This was our fourth time back to this hotel and probably I’m hoping not the last. We’ve always had a good experience here but not this time , don’t get me wrong the staff and cleaning staff are absolutely fantastic the hotel is spotlessly clean and cant help enough , the situation was there was many groups of girls of boys this time round and obviously are there for clubbing we were constantly woke up every day early hours of the morning of slamming doors and screaming when they were coming home , and yes I spoke to someone at the reception. These groups took over the pool area like I said we come here as it’s quite and relaxed and this time we had a child with us , we love this place ❤️ very good location , very good breakfast I was just abit disappointed

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience , We are glad to know you have enjoyed staying with us over the past years but we are very sorry to hear that this time during high season other guests disturbed you. We take great effort in trying to keep a quiet and relaxed atmosphere in all hotel areas ( there is CCTV and staff on duty 24h that patrol all floors during the night every 30 minutes ) we are glad you could inform them so they could try to solve any issue ASAP.

Great 3 days experience
Just had 3 nights in this hotel..
Pros - lovely staff , everyone we met was great. Thank you for the needle and cotton to mend my shoe!
Great position and right next to one of the beaches . Ideal to see the sunset the the 2 minute walk back to the hotel to have dinner. Near city centre close to harbour and west end.
Fantastic breakfast. I have ate at many hotels and this is in my top 5 for breakfast ! Lots of fresh fruit and even danish bacon!
Snack bar excellent as well 5.70 euros for a great toastie and chips!
Clean, room , bed comfortable . Tidy public areas. Comfy pillows, great shower. Fridge in room for your drinks.
Always got a sunbed and a brolly this alone would make me come back to this hotel.
Neg - really noisy doors . If you let go they slam really loud. Felt like 24 hours a day. Could the hotel stop this in anyway at all? Padding? Insulation so they dont slam.
Apparently they provide towels for the pool which is great but no one told us!
Evening meal. Is just not great. Tried different meats felt really low quality and luke warm. Lots of fat on chicken skewers for example? Since when does chicken have fat. Just did not enjoy the evening meal at all. 10 out of 10 for breakfast but 3 out of 10 for dinner. And thats because occasional desert was on.
Could do with blocking the light out on the room a bit better as well as it lights the room up all night. I would suggest to the management let your staff sleep in the hotel some nights and ask there opinion! Just an idea.

We had a very good stay at this hotel
We are returning tanned from a week of vacation spent at this hotel, here is our feedback:
The pros +++ :
Very good communication before the stay...
Hotel very well located, rather quiet, but not far on foot from the entertainment...
Location not far from a small beach and a magnificent cove...
A human-sized hotel perfectly compatible with a child...
A beautiful room with a view of the pool, renovated modern with all the necessary comfort including a large rain shower...
A beautiful, quiet pool with a large garden...
Sun loungers always available...
The omnipresent cleanliness...
Staff at meals pleasant and attentive...
At the buffet, simple but good quality food...
The cons --- :
Check-in a bit long upon arrival...
Upon our arrival, we found the previous guest's swimsuit on our balcony...
During the first 3 days we had hand soap in the shower as well as shower gel, we found that a bit surprising, finally on the 4th day we were entitled to conditioner which was really necessary...
A buffet that unfortunately does not change much during a week...
Sometimes disrespectful behavior from some hotel guests in the neighboring rooms: noise, music, and moving furniture during the night....
Overall we had a very good stay and can only recommend this hotel. We will stay there again with great pleasure.
