Comfortable, friendly and with views.
Personalized attention from the family that runs it.
Also owners of the La Muralla restaurant on the street below, in Tabarca.
Comfortable and new rooms, with a touch of the island.
Very complete breakfasts.
We will repeat on a next visit.

It's not worth the money.
So there is no reception, it is painful. Especially when arriving, leaving and when there are two of you and only one set of keys. With less friendly staff, it surely doesn't help.
Next, this website makes it look like there is a restaurant on site. This is not like this. The "family" also has a restaurant around the corner. This is not clear anywhere.
Then to enter our room we had to climb stairs to enter through a door and climb more stairs, which is not a big inconvenience, but when entering through the first door, to close it you have to turn around and there is no space, you fall . Surely this can't be legal. I fell twice before I figured out how to operate the door, which by the way has no outside handle. It is a small round knob that is difficult to manipulate. Also, there is no fire escape. At least not one that's obvious.
The room was supposed to have a balcony. Unfortunately, most of the "balcony" is at an angle of about 30 degrees and is useless.
Sleeping was already difficult, since the pillows are the equivalent of an airbag with a hole, and the material looks more like a piece of foam with a cloth cover, and then...
The worst part was that they turned off the air conditioning at night. When you need it. Most people are on the beach or in restaurants eating more than 2/3 of the time there, so when they sleep, that's when they're in the room and the air conditioning is off. We were on the top floor, the temperature reached between 28 and 29 degrees, my wife turned on the air conditioning in the middle of the night, only to find out that it was the heat, and there was no air conditioning available (it defaults to heating when the air conditioning is on switched on). not lit. At around 135 a night we won't be back. Management knows there are limited opportunities and they just want to separate you from your money, without any service in return.
There are more things about the place that weren't good, from breakfast to reception, but enough is enough.
At least the restaurant food is good.

Disappointment
More than a reception... it looked like a warehouse, huge blue bags full of dirty towels. A lot of mess and no delicacy...: we have booked the suite with sea views and they have given us a room with views of a roof!!!
Very disappointed for what we paid. Arancha, the manager, confirmed to us by phone that we had made the reservation with sea views and she was not able to come out to assist us.
NOTHING RECOMMENDED!!!!!

A Comfortable Hotel
The bedroom was roomy enough for two adults, with a spacious shower area and plenty of hot water. The bed and pillows were comfy too. My only grouse is that there was a very light coverlet on the sheet, and this was not warm enough for me. We had to increase the aircon heating to counterbalance this. A blanket in the cupboard would have been welcome. It was too late to ask for one when we settled down.
The next morning, an excellent breakfast, and plenty of it, was served in the reception hall/dining area. The hall had been warmed up and it was very pleasant.
