Monolocale accogliente, pulito e in ottima posizione.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale molto ben arredato e corredato di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima per visitare la maggior parte delle attrazioni di Siviglia. Assolutamente da consigliare anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Attempted scam

We booked this hotel via edreams in a hotel + train package. Within a week, they wrote to us by whatsapp to the personal phone, outside the control of edreams, indicating that there was an error in the price. They told us we had two options: 1) Pay them twice what we had paid (outside the booking platform). 2) Cancel the reservation. We refused and asked them to do the management with edreams. In the end we have been cancelled, but, by doing so through the platform, edreams has offered us an alternative for the same price (and better). If we had cancelled it, we would have had problems, as the train was non-refundable: we would have lost the money from the train and run out of alternative options.
We are aware that anyone can make a mistake, and that it is possible that they were wrong on price, but the fact that they tried to make us assume their mistake economically, seems unacceptable and of tremendous lowness. Be careful, don't be tempted!

Watch out for scam

A nice scam!
I booked 4 nights in this apartment for 360€. 15 days before our stay, they tell us that they were wrong about the rate (even though they confirmed our reservation) and that the price is now 800€! Either we pay or they cancel our reservation.
Thieves! We must now urgently find a new hotel. It's a shameful practice.

Ok, avoid groundfloor

Small appartement with kitchenette in in one room and a separate private bathroom. The picture look better than reality. Thing are not bad but felt smaller as expected, narrow street and we had the groundfloor with almost no Windows. Again all clean and complete, we booked in an expensive time (300 a night) and it was not worth it. Maybe higher apartments Are better.
