Great accommodation in the center of Seville
Apartment in the center of Seville, a few meters from Las Setas. The apartment is comfortable and has a kitchen, microwave, washing machine.
Definitely recommended for those who want to spend a few days in Seville. If we return to Seville, this will be our accommodation.

Excellent location
Location in a central location, convenient and practical. The only flaw is the smell of sewer that came from the bathrooms. For a weekend in Seville I also recommend it because for the prices that are there this is one of the cheapest solutions that you can find

Bad smell and noise
Very unpleasant pipe smell in the bathrooms that extends to the entire apartment. The windows do not insulate from street noise and at night it is very annoying. The location and condition of the apartment very well. Elevator from the street...

DEPLORABLE TREATMENT
We booked a hotel room for one night, unlucky that we got the date wrong, and tried hard to change it, even telling him to choose another date, which we did not care about the day. We do not ask for money back, only change date. From the establishment tells us to manage it by Booking, which we do (at Booking we were treated great, the problem was the one that served us from the establishment). We are told that the property charges 170€ for one night (double the Reservation we made) no matter the date we chose.
First, the Lord tells us that we can modify it up to 6 months before the Reservation we made, and then he changes his review and says that until December, which, what a coincidence, is always high season. Although 170€ for a night in such an establishment is expensive even in high season and gives food for thought, but that is another subject, a personal review.
We asked him for a claim sheet for his treatment of us (he yells and won’t let me talk and speaks condescendingly), refuses to give it to us, which, I warn you, is illegal, and proceeds to hang up my phone.
Of course, we have come to ask the local police to file a complaint, and we will go to Consumo to initiate the procedure.
The mistake, as several times the owner reminded me, has been mine, but the deal and the interest to solve things in a polite way have been null and void. Not to mention the prohibited conduct involved in not turning in a claim sheet.
If you have any problems, know that they will not take care or treat you well judging by our experience and that of others, since I have started reading reviews and there are several customers dissatisfied with the treatment.

Not Honourable staff
This guy's are not honest, they don't honour they compromises, they Will find a way to cancel your reservation if they need for many different reasons. There are many other options in Seville. I book.a room and they decided to cancel because the price was too low for the demand. Excusing that my card was not accepted the same unused for another successful reservation.
