Perfect stay in Sevilla
We stayed in one of the rooms with a private bathroom down the hall in B&B Triana and it worked out beautifully. The B&B is in an excellent location for visiting Sevilla with most museums and sites within a walkable distance. There are good restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The building has a lift to help with luggage. The owners are a wealth of information about the area and are very kind to allow boarders to use the outdoor terrace and to share the living areas. Irene has excellent English. Our very clean room was small but adequately sized with a comfortable bed. We had a shower in our bathroom and soap and shampoo were provided. The furniture is hand painted and the walls had birds painted on them. The art is very interesting and I think most of it was painted by the owner. Parking is available in a private garage across the street with a reservation and a fee. Do attempt to reserve this parking if you have a car as the streets were very full when we stayed. Breakfast was lovely with homemade goodies supplementing the rest of the items. For us, it was perfect!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, i suggerimenti di Irene, la ragazza che ci ha accolto, in fatto di luoghi dove poter spendere del buon tempo e mangiare bene, sono stati azzeccati!
Elegante e alternativo, la stanza con tutti i confort e personalmente il cuscino, se avessi potuto, me lo sarei portata a casa. Posizione molto buona, e con possibilità di parcheggio privato sotto casa.
I bei quadri e l'arredamento originale sono il tocco speciale di questo b&b. Colazione ricca e disponibilità totale, grazie di aver dato a questo soggiorno il contorno perfetto!

Siviglia meravigliosa
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b x 2 notti, ma quando abbiamo dovuto andarcene via, mi è dispiaciuto di non aver scelto di stare di più. Ovviamente, la Siviglia è meravigliosa, ma i proprietari sono stati disponibilissimi in tutto, indicazioni per cibo, per cose da visitare e da non perdere assolutamente, per la buona colazione da loro e per le chiacchierate fatte insieme.

Nettes B&B in Sevilla
Das B&B liegt in einer eher ruhigen Gegend von Sevilla. Mit etwas Glück findet man auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in einer Seitenstrasse. Das B&B hat nur wenige Zimmer, unseres hatte das Bad und Toilette auf dem Gang. Jedoch war das Bad nur für uns. Das Zimmer war klein, aber alles gepflegt und sauber. Freundliche Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war etwas einfach aber ausreichend. Leider gab es keine Butter.

Persona furba e disonesta, da evitare come la peste!!!!
Premessa: lo scorso Natale 2017, abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura 4 giorni tramite Booking. Purtroppo a causa di un problema di salute occorso ad uno dei partecipanti il viaggio è saltato all'ultimo momento. Giustamente abbiamo dovuto pagare la penale e fin qui nulla da dire.
Risolto il problema ovviamente abbiamo ripianificato il nostro viaggio per Natale 2018 ed io con molto anticipo ho preso contatti con Enrique per prenotare nuovamente le camere di cui necessitavo. Risultava tutto confermato con tanto di dettagli carta di credito e quant'altro, quando 5 giorni prima della partenza lo contatto nuovamente per chiedere conferma della prenotazione. Risposta: mi spiace, mi sono dimenticato della vostra prenotazione, io non ho più posto. Potete immaginare lo sconforto che ho provato. Non si è nemmeno degnato di metterci a disposizione un'altra struttura, ovvero lo ha fatto su nostra richiesta, che riguardava un'hotel distante 6 km, dal centro e con costi esorbitanti. Risultato: mi sono dovuto arrangiare da sala per trovare una soluzione, gli ho chiesto di partecipare alle maggiori spese che ho dovuto sostenere, ma il signore al telefono si nega. Per me è solo un furbastro ed incompetente.
