Great

Quiet courtyard with good beer, substantial sandwiches and tiny tortoises. Love it here.

Disappointed guests who could not take advantage of booked nights. No refunds despite the lockdown city.

Due to festival in Soller the city was completely closed so there was no possibility to enter by car and therefore not reach hotels. No parking space anywhere else. Fireworks and demonstrations everywhere and these sounded like bombs. Incredibly uncomfortable.
We wanted a few quiet days in town. No information about this on the website of hotel so there was no possibility to know about this. We want to cancel but hotel was not cooperative and refund was not possible. We had to move on and book new accommodation. Very disappointed because of their incomprehension when the information about depressed city and terrible noise and fireworks disturbed the otherwise so quiet beautiful city. Of course, we would have chosen other dates if knowledge existed.

Amazing treatment

Amazing deal. They treated us like home. We went for a run in the area and were not only allowed to shower after hours after the race, but they worried about us. Always with a smile.

Just brilliant!

Central, clean, hospitable - all that you need in a place to stay and more.
Fabulous showers down the hall from the rooms and good selection of food on the menu.

A solution that I recommend

Simple, welcoming, accurate service and excellent value for money. Very pleasant internal courtyard which is an oasis of tranquility.
At breakfast you can choose what to have, like at the bar. Really good almond cake.
A piece of tradition that endures.
