✨ A soul-filled weekend in Zamora! ✨

I stayed in this charming hotel, full of history and a striking past, which has recently gained new life in the hands of Angela — an entrepreneurial and gripping woman.
The location could not be better: right next to the street of Santa Clara, one of Zamora’s most iconic — perfect for walking and feeling the pulse of the city.
The space is sophisticated, but at the same time familiar and welcoming. All the people who work there are incredibly friendly and make us feel at home from the very first moment.
At the end of the afternoon, it is common to see the bar filled with regular guests, who bring with them the spirit of Spain, the culture and the way of life in Spain—which makes the experience even more authentic and vibrant.
The restaurant is a true treasure. All made of root, with a full hand cooker. Serving excellent quality traditional Spanish food — genuine and well-made flavors. The quality-price ratio is excellent, something increasingly rare in Zamora.
The rooms are impeccably clean, and despite the central location, the space is surprisingly quiet during the night — ideal for resting with comfort and tranquillity.
This hotel has soul, has design and has heart. If you come across Zamora, don't fail to find out. A true example of well-made hospitality! ⚡

Lousy and charge 15 euros extra day x air conditioning which they do not inform when booking.

Inadvisable in every way, lousy room, very small and poorly airy and smelling of pipe , we told him that our air conditioning did not work and they replied that we had not hired him and that it cost an extra 15 euros per day. The worst hotel we've stayed by far

Little desire to satisfy the customer.

The hostel itself is not too bad, a hostel without more, the morning receptionist the pretty friendly girl, which I can not say of the afternoon girl, very edge and unfriendly like the waitress, prefer to be talking to you to get a coffee , because they do not serve on terrace even being without any client.

Central and comfortable

Central hotel, in the tapas area, despite this in the rooms you can't hear outside noise.
The rooms are comfortable and have a good bathroom.
They offer a good breakfast and good service.
We were two couples and four children and we were comfortable in this hotel.

Terrible treatment and teasing.

Terrible treatment. When we arrived, the radiator in the room was not working, the one in the bathroom was, and so were all the others in the hotel. Temperature of 8 degrees in Zamora. We mentioned it to reception and it was all cheap excuses. After an hour and a half it still didn't work. We decided to leave for that reason, and they charged us for one night and the garage. A lot of nose and bad forms.
