A functional hotel for large groups

This is a hotel with recently remodeled bathrooms, the room does not look like it. Good location and very functional for breakfast even with large groups

Excellent

We stayed in the family room, it is two double rooms connected by a small living room with sofas, TV, minibar... the main room had a huge round bathtub like a whirlpool tub and the bathroom was also large and elegant. A wonderful stay, better than expected, we felt at home and the girls at the front desk were wonderful, very pleasant and polite in their treatment. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Zaragoza.

Excellent experience

Clean hotel, room spacious enough, excellent breakfast, very courteous staff, 20 minutes on foot from the center, I would highly recommend it.
(if we want to find a flaw, perhaps some things are a bit dated, they would deserve a touch of modernity)

Disastrous experience

It is a transit hotel with a star rating that does not correspond. They must have it due to the size of the lobby.
The rooms and floors have quite dirty carpeting, by the way; the rooms are acceptable with furniture, but the switches are very old.
In terms of cleanliness, it leaves much to be desired; they did not clean the bathroom, did not empty the trash cans, and the beds were poorly made. That said, the price is indeed that of a 4****. Inside the rooms, the wifi signal does not reach; they said they would call maintenance, but nothing happened. We will not return to this hotel given the vast array of accommodations in this city.

Experience in the

Room cleanliness and the friendliness of the maids are very good, but the air conditioning in the room is terrible; they should change it
The waiters in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful, especially Marlon and Alex, excellent people and waiters , and the reception girls are great.
