Ayutthaya Home Base

We stayed here as it was close to the historical sites. Very enjoyable stay with friendly staff. Comfortable bed and breakfast was ample. This is a newish hotel and one you will enjoy.

Bad details

Hotel equipment is fine. Since I arrived in the city in the morning, I was at the hotel at 9:00. I asked the hotel if I could check in early, first said 200 yen, then again said 400 yen. The front desk staff is not rude. Also a normal answer. This is the problem of the hotel. There are clearly rooms available, but no one is allowed to stay. Very bad. The hotel's pool also does not have towels. Another problem is that the deposit does not give the receipt. This is not a staff problem, this is a hotel problem. The staff believes they have tried their best to solve the problem, and Noah Hotel policy refuses. So if you stay in early, you should seriously consider staying here. Not necessarily suitable.

WORST HOTEL IN MY LIFE Could not sleep so loud and staff do not care

I don’t normally write reviews but I left this hotel so tired and angry I have gone out my way to write this review. I checked in on the 10th July and the first night I could hear the room next door turn the lights on the walls are that thin! Listening to next door snore all night was not so bad but slamming and banging doors up and down the hallways all night and then screaming children running up and down the hall ways from 6am-10am so loud that I shouted because it was ridiculous. Staff did not care. I then got sick off the hotel food and when I ask to extent to a late check out because I was vomiting they refused. The shower was flooded and the air con did not work and the toilet would not flush. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS

Actually , the room was nice, but the service made us never want to come here again.
