Lovely little place

This place is so lovely. He room was small but the location and staff made up for it.
Cast Picasso is in the heart of restaurants and bars and has something for everyone.
There is a restaurant on the bottom floor which provides some lovely meals.

Disappointing

Beware. We had 3 rooms. We found 2 of them almost wide open when we got back from our tour. Luckily nothing was missing.
The photos are super edited. It is a hostel with private rooms. Everything is old. A disappointment comparing to the photos. The only good thing was the mattress and the a/c. They also wanted to charge us 200 thb for an old towel with hair dye. Just wash it!

If you are looking for a nice, friendly and comfortable hotel Casa Picasso is what you are looking for!!
Nice staff, very friendly, they will always help you with a smile!
You can leave your luggage and you can also take a shower after the check-out.

Overall great place to stay

We stayed for 3 nights, the beds are comfortable and hot water always available. You get to choose from 4 options for the inclusive breakfast which are really good. Cleaning isn't great, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. We found that there were no clean towels left for us and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all. Rooms are small but aircon works well. I would stay here again and also recommend it to others.

Good food, friendly staff.

The restaurant is located at the Khao San Art Hotel and have good, safe food with good prices. The staff are friendly and mostly attentive. If you stay at the hotel you will have 20% discount on food (not alcohol)
