can't say enough wonderful things about my stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok! This is my second visit, and once again, I am blown away by the exceptional service and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the entire team, from the front desk to the concierge, made me feel incredibly welcome and at home in Bangkok.
The toaockeeping stuff deserve.
na special shout-out my housekeeper Noona, she have been absolutely fantaste. She’s su friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure that I have everything I need. It's those personal touches that truly make a difference!
The location of Grand Mercure is unbeatable , right next to Phetchaburi Road and close to the MRT subway, making it ideal for getting around Bangkok.
I am already looking forward to my next stay at my favorite hotel!

Great Hotel

Excellent hotel with outstanding amenities and exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Milk, one of the front desk representatives, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She communicated clearly, was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain everything step by step, ensuring I knew how to make the most of my stay. Her excellent service truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ms. Siri

I had such an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My luggage didn't arrive at the hotel Ms. Siri at guest services, personal called the airport and tracked down my luggage. She kept me updated on the status and checked on me constantly. Ms. Siri went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her.

Great value and top service

We have stayed here many times and the hotel is well run with hard working staff. The service os excellent and it is very good value. The gym is good but the access using rooms keys is disabled so people walk in who aren't guests.

The hotel is pleasant and the staff are friendly.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The room was okay and clean. Although the view was obstructed by another building, overall it was a pleasant hotel. I would also like to commend the receptionist, Nong Ying, for her excellent service and hospitality, even though I arrived late at night.
