QUARANTINE IN BANGKOK

Been there for my 14 days quarantine. Nice place to stay. I would like to say thank you to Stellar for help me in everything i needed. Hope to be there again. Thank you so much Stellar and all the staff

I had a great stay at green bells for my asq

The staff is very friendly stellar was so attentive to any questions I had she's amazing. I highly recommend to stay here if you're looking for a nice and friendly stay,It also felt like time went by really fast thankfully thanks again to the staff and stellar.

We did our asq in Green Bells. We didn't have big expectaions, after all it is a quarantine - but thanks to the great manager Stellar and all hotel staff who were very helpful and thoughtful our quarantine was less stressful :)

The Green Bells ASQ - Stella

If you’ve been to Thailand during the Covid pandemic, you are familiar with the government mandate to stay quarantine at an ASQ hotel. I chose The Green Bells Hotel.
Quarantine is never fun !!!. I was a litte concerned about my trip and contacting the hotel numerous times. They always responded right away and were very nice.
The day I got to the hotel, you have to go through screening, paper work check and you are asked to download a health app and add the hotel on LINE so they can communicate with you.
You are also given paperwork explaining everything about your quarantine. My flight was delayed, so it caused some confusion. Stella was there to talk to me and help get things fixed. She speaks good English and really wants the customer to be happy. She worked directly with me and even called my several times to ensure everything was ok and if I needed anything.
I would recommed this hotel just because Stella is that friendly and ready to solve any problem. Great customer service.
The hotel provides 3 meals a day and you get to chose that food from a menu a day in advance. The entire process is coordinated from Covid testing, outside breaks from your room after the 1st negative covid test, to room cleaning.
My only improvement would be for the rooms to have microwaves. Sometimes you want to reheat food but you can’t.
I’ll definitely stay here on the next quarantine.

Really unpleasant stay very rude and arrogant managers

I stayed in this hotel recently . location wise I can rate this hotel on average, as there is foodmart within 300 m and shopping friendly Indira market within 5 km. But with the amount they charge I will like to rate this hotel as very poor. To start with, they have average room size with no smoking zone, they don't have elevators and to top of all they don't have staff, so you are looking to checkin this hotel with heavy luggage please beware as you won't get any help and only arrogant lady managers quarrelling with you. Every time you need to smoke as this hotel don't have any lobby or balcony be ready to climb up and down and burn some calories . My room was allocated in 3 rd floor and in my 4 days stay in this hotel the rooms very never clean , no house keeping came even to check on it, we have to keep on ringing them to get drinking water and lady managers are good to keep a strict count in it so don't expect any complimentary services from them, they will charge you high for early check in and will keep on ringing the phone 15 minutes prior to schedule checkout and repeat every 5 minutes, which was really annoying , I checked out just 15 minutes late and I got 7 rings by then. If you really want to get your mind f**** up do check in this hotel, there are much better option available nearby , highly unpleasant stay in our whole trip in this hotel. I booked this hotel through MMT and I don't know why they treated us as a second class citizens.
