Simple, clean, for walking people. No deposit and no out-of-the-box hotel.

Relaxed at this hotel in October 25th. The impressions were only positive. Clean, quiet, walking distance (3-7 minutes) three 7/11 stores. The staff with us were only friendly. Cleaning every day, changing towels every day. No deposit at the hotel. In October, the pool was empty, no excitement, 90% of the sunbeds were vacant. Breakfast is the same, but we needed the base: eggs in all variations, rice, noodles, chicken, soup, pancakes, fried snacks, tea, coffee. Did a room upgrade for nothing for a pool room, that was really great! The rest felt safe, it didn't feel like anyone wanted to rip you off with a ticket or anything. It was calm, the neighbors were as quiet as possible, we loved it. Oh, yeah, it's a 15-minute walk to Kata at medium pace, it's a 20-minute walk to Caron. Shuttle bass runs to both beaches at 9,10,11 hours.

Nice place!

A very nice hotel. Two weeks have passed. Cleanliness. Cleaned every day. And very high quality. The water was replenished every day. For a couple of days, we broadcast the sign ourselves not to clean up. But you can ask for water without a problem. The towels were changing. You don't have to ask anyone. You just enjoy your holiday. Good breakfasts. We don't eat much. That's why we thought it was enough. Eggs in any form. Boiled, fried, scrambled, you want to have tomato, you want to have onions. Vegetables, fruit, yogurt, fried rice, chicken. Pasta. It was. The pool was happy too. Clear. There were plenty of beds. Some leave others come. No one put down towels or took seats. It's a long way to the beach, 23-25 minutes. But there's a 9 o'clock and a 10 o'clock transfer from the hotel. We were walking. A couple of times they ordered a bike through the app. I loved it. I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel experience is pretty neutral. There's not a lot of bad or good to say. It's hardly four stars, but it's generally fine for its money. We had a room on the ground floor with access to the pool and there's a nuance to that. On one side of the building, the pool can be swim to the common part of the pool where the sunbeds stand, and on the other the same pool strip, only isolated, overlooking the hotel fence. We got the second option. We could probably ask to move if we're not happy, but we didn't. There are advantages to the fact that the balcony and the exit to the pool are more private, it is convenient, as often you go out not particularly dressed on the balcony to hang something dry. And so, of course, it's nice and convenient to have access to the pool, plus the view from the panoramic window it makes more beautiful. The room looks decent, but if you look closely, you can notice joints with renovations, which is probably typical for such hotels in Thailand. It's sloppy, somewhere is crooked painted, the hedge by the pool is rusty, the laundry drying counter too, which can cause rust on the clothes. Tai loves glass doors and partitions in the bathroom, so done here. At least the glass is matte, but the silhouette sitting on the throne is clearly visible. The bed is very spacious, that's a plus, but the pillows are small, not the most comfortable. There's a hose next to the toilet to wash what you got dirty while using the toilet. Comfortable, I recommend. Breakfasts aren't very varied, it gets a little boring after a week. But there are some hot dishes whose variations vary slightly. He ate usually hot for breakfast. No eggs at all, bored at home, but they are cooked there for you in any variation. Delicious juices (pineapple and grapes). Breakfast for four stars doesn't exactly pull. Yeah, it tastes fine, but it's not like it tastes good. Went to another 4* hotel a few years ago, where there were really fancy breakfasts. Cleaning rooms isn't great. Linens are changed once a week, if at all. Yeah, they make the bed, but when you go in there, you feel like the sand is still there. So the laundry wasn't changed. So cleaning like all inclusive is not. If you leave the towels on the floor, they change, of course. The location is uncomfortable. When choosing a hotel, I wanted between the two beaches of Kata and Karon. That's the choice. But it's a 15-minute walk to the beach, it's even further to Karon, and we didn't end up going there because it wasn't possible to swim there at the time because of the big waves. It seems like a plus at first. There is an opportunity to walk, go somewhere along the way: eat or for massage. But I forgot that there are no sidewalks in Tai and you practically walk along the side of a narrow road where every Thai you meet greets you and invites you to his establishment along the way, which you also get tired of because you have to say no with a nice smile. After 3 days, it's sick of walking around like this in the heat and risking getting hit by a scooter on the way to the peel. Yeah, he's walking around uncomfortable on a wide road with heavy traffic. In general, the hotel was not impressed, but did not cause negative emotions either. That's the budget. But you have to consider the downsides.

The room was clean, and there are massage places and convenience store just around the corner on the next road.
