Calm and change of scenery

Large well equipped bungalows,
Close to the beach and lively streets where you can walk
Ask the staff what you want they will find a solution!

Perfect place in Lamai

Great place. It provided us all we needed, kitchen, living room, good bathroom and the best mattress we had in Thailand so far. The staff is great and was always available to help us out (tours, taxi, scooter, tips). The place is located just off the main road so easy to walk into the bar and restaurant area, but still distant enough to have no noise at all

A perfect little retreat in the centre of Lamai. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem! My 3 friends and I stayed here in September 2023 and it surpassed our expectations. The location is spot on - just a short walk to everything whilst still giving us a peaceful retreat from the noise of the bars, restaurants and nightlife.
We stayed in a spacious 2-bed bungalow which was clean and offered all of the home comforts. The resort offers a small pool, a sun terrace, games room and a bar which serves lovely cold beers etc and offers the opportunity to meet and chat with others if you wish.
The owners, Jeff and Mo and their staff are always on hand to help in any way they can. Mo went above and beyond. She has a solution/suggestion for everything. We came away feeling like ‘friends’.
I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very Good

As the other reviews say, this is a really great place. It is set in a quiet back block close to the bars etc for convenience but far enough that you don’t hear them.
At night this place feels safe and very quiet.
According to my phone app it is 4/10ths of a mile to the beach and on the way there is a very handy 7eleven for all your water and beer needs. But Jeff and Moo sell proper cold beer (not always a given at Lamai) for a permanent happy hour price.
In the evening I’d share a sherbet or two with Jeff and other guests. Any major sporting event is shown on TV in the bar. It’s just a really nice place.
I was there alone and had a one bed bungalow but it was very roomy and in fact so big that the aircon struggled on its own to fully cool the room but coupled with the overhead ceiling fan the cooling was absolutely fine.
In an unusual and charming feature the whole site is built on a lake teeming with fish. You see them constantly and some are a very good size indeed. I wondered about mosquitoes and Jeff said that they aren’t a problem because he keeps so many fish and indeed this is the case. I had no mozzies at all.
When I was here the weather was particularly steamy and the locals often complained of the heat. One result is that the plunge pool, which is modestly sized, got too hot to be refreshing. But this is a small niggle and I can thoroughly recommend this place. I liked it so much that I extended my stay, and you can’t say fairer than that.

Affordable place with all basic amenities

Just finished staying 2 nights in 3 bedroom bungalow with only 1 bathroom and fully equipped kitchenente on affordable cost. Calm and quiet place only 8 minutes walk away from Lamai beach. There were all basic amenities available except that we didn't find a proper rod or rack inside washroom to place towel/clothes. Owner himself was present on premises and was very cooperative. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
