Good value for money great location and restaurant

Good value for money, good food/fresh bagels in the restaurant below. Decent coffee, shakes, hot drinks and ice creams.
Excellent location, 1 minute walk to 711 and family mart, good market close by, massage shops next door, restaurants everywhere. Beds are comfy, rooms have fridges and a safe and quiet AC. I had no encounters with mosquitos. Shower was alright/hot water. I stayed in the single room and it was pretty decent as I didn't really spend much time in the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Do not stay here! The owner is plain rude and if you have any problems he does not care and will tell you to get out and leave when you have already paid. I have been to thailand more times then I can count and never come across a more arrogant rude owner in my life. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere were they actually care about their guests. Wouldnt stay here again if you paid me!!! BEWARE BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Very clean room!

We only spent there a night in the city guesthouse. And although at a first sight I wasn't sure, the room was really nice and comfortable with air-conditioner and even the bathroom was clean, the bed was really comfortable and the sheets were nice and clean! We also had a coffee in the bar which was very good and the food seemed good!

Top location at reasonable price

I stayed for 6 days there. The place is not easy to find as the first floor is a restaurant, which turned to be the reception as well. The rooms are good size, nice and clean, with air conditioner, fridge, safe and cable tv (old CRT TV). The staff and the host Mike are very polite and helpful.
If you have a motorbike the soi is very narrow and the parking space is limited in front of the hotel, and you may need to leave your bike unlocked so it can be moved around, but apparently is very safe around.
There is a bar nearby which can be noisy sometimes up to 2am.

All Around Great

We had a great stay here for one night. Comfortable, clean, great AC. Appealing room with good natural light, but quiet for a great night's sleep. Located on one of the best streets in Thongsala, and within walking distance from the pier.
The one weird thing is that most of the photos on TripAdvisor don't match the actual guesthouse that we stayed in? The main picture of a little thatch hut, for example--we didn't see that. But perhaps the Inn has another property by the same name? Or it's a different part of the building that we never saw? Either way, makes little difference as the stay was great. Friendly management, even let us check out a little late so we could spend some extra time at the beach. We had a hell of a time finding good accommodations (for a decent price) on Koh Phangan. This Inn was really nice, especially for the low cost. Would stay again.
