Nice and quiet super nice view bit difficult to reach but that is absolutely worth recommending next time we come zeke

Very nice hotel bit difficult to reach but for us no problem. Would stay there 2 nights eventually still booked.
Some things could use a bit of a refurbishment but for the rest staff are very nice and helpful rooms have a super nice view of the bay. And if you get up early you have the most beautiful sunrise on the island.

Its nothing like the picture (not in a good way)

The hotel is literally located far from everything. The road leading to the hotel is more like an extreme driving route, and a taxi ride to or from the hotel to the city costs 600 THB. The hotel itself feels quite outdated, and the photos do not reflect reality. The air conditioning is very basic and does not work properly, makes a lot of noise. There is no hot water. The service is okay. Some rooms have a stunning sea view, while others have no windows at all, the beds are hard and it feels like you’re sleeping over some wires. For those who enjoy stair workouts, this place is ideal, or for those who just want to go snorkeling in the Hin Wong Bay. I would not recommend it unless you are specifically looking for an impractical hotel in a very remote location. Does not offer value to your money.

Horrible.

How can such an institution exist?????
I didn't prepare for the roads to Koh Tao, but once you arrive you're entitled to a roller coaster ride to get to your Pension destination.

Stunning location but mind the steps

Beautiful room which was outside and with stunning views of the bay. Snorkelling was good there too. Be mindful of steps - there are a lot and they killed my legs off but was a sacrifice for the view. Could do with more fans and one of the fans the wire was broken so unable to use it. Also, would be a good idea to put the fridge on before customers get there so the fridge is actually cool.

Very disappointed

The aircon did not work, the beds were rock hard, it’s extremely difficult to get to. The owner was an idiot, rude and disrespectful, he did not allow us to get a word in and was walking around in his towel all the time which was very inappropriate.
