Valued hotel

My friends and I traveled from Phuket and booked two rooms for a relaxing holiday away from the busy city.
A special thanks to Ms. Baitoey at the front desk for being so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with local recommendations.
There is room for improvement in cleanliness, as we found dust on the sofa and curtains, a slight musty smell in the room, and the air conditioner was not very cold. The male restaurant staff member with a tattoo on his arm was excellent, while one female staff member seemed less welcoming.
I am giving 5 stars because I hope the hotel will continue improving its service and cleanliness. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

One of the best loctations in Suratthani

A comfortable, professionally run hotel. Bedrooms were spotlessly clean and a decent size. Good value for money and well located beside the river

Boring and misguided

There is no river view, the room was boring and worn out. Breakfast is based on Thai and not boring for Westerners. The fitness room had 2 treadmills and 1 fitness bike nothing worked. There is only a machine to buy drinks, no bar or the like. Boring boring boring.
