Excellent location. Got the nice view room without asking. Quiet and beautiful iconic view of Songkhla beach. Love to return!

The reseptionist proably dont like customer.
The room is dark and not good.
Do not visit this hotel. Find another one.
I have been there before and was veri disopointed. Now my wife is there an she is threated very bad.
I should not paid in advansed, and now she have to stay there anoter 7 days.😡

Ok/___but not fantastic

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days the room was good size and clean..bathroom very nice every thing worked. The things that spoiled the stay arrived at 8pm ask porter for places to eat outside and he lied and said all were shut when next day found out there were many open late very close to the hotel.
The breakfast same every day very boring and. COLD fried eggs every day. No one cares about the presentation of breakfast.
Don't book taxi to airport through hotel they put commission on top.

It’s a huge complex opened in 1989…and it seems like it has never really been renovated and/or upgraded. In fact the hall where breakfast was served (very very underwhelming btw) had the aura of 1970’s Soviet Union.
On the plus side… the location is fantastic and we felt everything was at least kept clean.
