Honest review about ARTOTEL Batam

ARTOTEL Batam is still the best place for me to stay when I visit Batam. A very strategic place close to markets and malls. Complete facilities with rooms that have different paintings. The place is very clean and smells good, the food with Indonesian dishes is very delicious, the employees are very friendly and cheerful. ARTOTEL Batam is very suitable for young people if they want to stay overnight in Batam. I will come again and bring my friends and friends to stay at ARTOTEL Batam, the best ARTOTEL Batam

TERRIBLE HOTEL

The hotel was awful. We wanted to play billiards, but the waiter refused to open the room for us, only opening it for others. They put our friends in a disabled-accessible room and charged us the regular room rate. On top of that, they threatened to kick our friend out of the hotel. We ordered kokoreç (a Turkish dish made from lamb intestines), and the receptionist complained to our teacher, waking him up. The receptionist was very tense and wouldn't let our teacher sleep. They insulted us.

There are newer nearby hotels lakeside in Golbasi, but this one is still fairly good. Certainly a better option than trying to stay in Ankara.

A beautiful facility.

When we went to attend the wedding on August 11, 2023, we stayed for one night. We were very pleased. They have friendly, helpful and sincere employees. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is very nice and spacious. There is no parking problem. The lake view was wonderful. It had a large and tidy pool. Room service was very fast. Breakfast was very nice. Overall we were very pleased. The sincerity of being a family business was felt. It was a cute hotel.
