Fantastic hotel
Stayed for a week that was arranged through the dentist I was haveing work done at. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned every day by lovely housekeeping staff. I found the drinks prices reasonable. The food was also very reasonable and lovely. I would highly recommend. The only downside is that it’s not close to Antalya old town.

The first night we arrived at check in the reception guy said “if you don’t like your room you can change tomorrow”. On the way to our room I said to my partner that due to his comment there was obviously something wrong with the room. I was correct. There wasn’t a window in it. Whilst clean and tidy it was awful not having a window and this was coupled with no extraction fan in the bathroom
The next day I requested to move and we were given a room with a balcony but unfortunately the shower was literally above the toilet with no screen or shower base so as a result the bathroom floor would be swimming with water and my partner, who has already had two hip replacements almost fell which could have been catastrophic!
Food:
Basic breakfast. Very basic.
No restaurant at lunch or dinner. This had to be ordered by room service and was expensive. Not forgetting the drinks - gin and tonic (single) €15 and I thought UK drinks were pricey.
On the third day we moved to an alternative hotel.
Would not recommend or return.

Rude staff.Smelly rooms
My experience with this hotel was very poor.we arrived on the 11th of May 2026 as a package with ETH dentistry and shown to our room with the most horrendous smell,we asked to be moved which they gladly did to another room, the TV didnt work so one kind reception staff managed to get 1 English chanel, abit bizzar considering 90% were from the UK.
The following day went up to level 3 where the breakfast area was. The scrambled egg was cold so politely asked the young lady to heat it up in a microwave and could we have some white bread instead,with a abrupt no and she just walked of on her phone, so we took breakfast to reception to be heated up and some white bread which the friendly manager did.
I did get a apology but not from the rude young lady but from the management.
I would never come back here again

Avoid this hotel
Where do I start with this review! Pool area / reception and rooms are perfectly adequate with cleaning and fresh towels provided daily , my only complaint about the room was that I think the patio doors which lead to a small balcony were extremely dirty and needed a good clean . Hall way and landings leading to rooms are dark and dingy and give off the feel of a very cheap youth hostel , carpets stained with what looked like plaster or cement from previous building works , this may not be apparent on every floor but was on the 2nd . On my first morning I asked to use the gym and was kindly taken there by one of the staff , it was awful , a tiny area ( which is fine ) but all the equipment strewn over the floor and looked as if it hadn’t been used in years . For that reason I choose to not use it .
Can’t comment on food as I did not to eat there apart from breakfast which was basic but adequate. Drink prices were very expensive, a small glass of white wine cost 9 euro or 60 euro for the bottle .
Majority of staff were friendly and helpful apart from one female who served breakfast, I can only describe her as miserable and really not a great candidate to work in hospitality.
A lot of these issues I could have ignored as we were only there for 5 days as part of my husbands dental work but an incident that happened on my last day compelled me to put pen to paper and make an on the spot decision never to return to Laren seaside hotel .
On the afternoon Friday 8th may 2026 myself and other guests were enjoying a relaxing afternoon around the pool when a commotion could be heard/ seen in the lobby area of hotel to my absolute horror I witnessed the hotel owner physically assault a female member of staff and threw her laptop (I believe it was his sister ). A lot of guests including myself were absolutely horrified by this event and asked for the police to be called but requests were ignored. Male guests of the hotel tried to intervene but were met with hostility from the owner who was trying to play down the whole event . The owner then took the argument outside the hotel to a small grass verge where he continued to berate the female for another 20 mins or so , this verbal alteration was visible to guests from the pool area.
I can honestly say I have never witnessed such open abuse in my whole life and for that reason I would say Avoid , Avoid , Avoid this hotel at all cost .

Nice hotel but drink too expensive
Came here for dental surgery, hotel has a nice friendly atmosphere and is also clean but the drinks in the hotel are very expensive it was 8 euros for a efes, I can not comment on the food as we didn’t eat in the hotel.
