Still in top
Although in doesn’t have the best location for sightseeing outside its perimeter, it is still a great resort that offers great views and atmosphere, being huge and replicating parts of the great city of Istanbul.
The room we stayed in (pool view) was in ottoman style, clean, luxurious with a huge terrace and bathroom.
Excellent value per money, the hotel is is still in our personal top, along Barut Lara and Voyage Belek. International drinks, starbucks, glass drinks, good food. Work of art sweets.
The staff is professional and there are no tip boxes, but they can receive tips. we had the surprise to get back a tip of 2 euros being considered too small but it will not diminish our satisfaction with the service.

Kids Club a great asset
Great kids club. Our son (4 yo) was here for 3 hours and had a great time. Allowed us adults to have a bit of quiet at the bar :) would definitely recommend

Delicious Fish Restaurant
Excellent food the best food in the resort. The Aqua Marine restaurant was a delight it is clear the chef loves food and cooking. The service from the team was great. Highly recommended!

We didn't like everything.
My husband, two daughters, and I stayed at the hotel. Everything was wonderful. The territory is very spacious, and we enjoyed strolling around in the evenings. The rooms are comfortable. There are some issues with housekeeping, but that's not a big deal.
The food in the restaurant was varied. They occasionally have theme nights, like Turkish cuisine or fish nights. There's also a bistro open 24 hours, so if you happen to miss dinner or lunch, grabbing a bite there is no problem.
In the evenings, there was a wonderful and vibrant show program. After the show, we were always invited to the Beach Club, where the event continued. I didn't like one thing: the entertainment staff was pushy at times, pulling us by the hand onto the dance floor after we'd already said no once or twice. The hotel is high enough to treat guests this way; in my opinion, it's very tactless. We just wanted to relax and listen to music. The entertainment staff can entertain us with their dancing, not necessarily forcing us to dance, that made us feel uncomfortable!
