Ayaz Suit is perfect
We were guests in room 202 on June 30, 2026. I am writing this review from the hotel on July 1, 2026. The hotel is new and so beautiful, designed to meet all needs; every detail has been considered. All kitchenware is from Korkmaz, the beds and bedding are comfortable, and the seating in the living room is clean and comfortable. The pool is quite adequate, and we can also use the beach of the affiliated Ayaz Hotel for free – we experienced this today. It's beachfront, and we can use the Denyys restaurant at reasonable prices. My close friends and relatives take my hotel experiences into account, and I recommended it to all of them. I sent them a video from here, and they loved it. It's a very nice and clean hotel, and the staff are very friendly; this will be an extra point for me, and I will review it on other platforms as well. We will stay for 4 nights and 5 days this year, and if all goes well, we will be here again next year, as soon as the schools close, for a longer and larger stay. By the way, the view from room 202 is magnificent. Thank you, Ayaz Suite.

Ayaz suite By Ibrahim Durmaz
I went twice and stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The complex is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff at the front desk is nice and always available.
The location is ideal, between Gümbet (about 900 m) and the center of Bodrum (1.2 km).
The pool is beautiful, with a large heated jacuzzi very appreciable, as well as a beautiful gym. The scenery and views are superb, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
Anyway, I really liked this place and I will be back with pleasure.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities also met my expectations and made my stay enjoyable.
The only area that could be improved is the housekeeping staff. Some of them seemed a bit unfriendly, and their personal hygiene could have been better. I hope the management will pay attention to this, as the hotel is otherwise excellent and addressing this issue would make the guest experience even better.

Pretty, modern and clean accommodation
My husband and I have just spent a lovely week at Ayaz Suites. The complex is new and very pretty with lots of greenery and flowers. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our needs. Everything was of good quality and we particularly appreciated the washing machine, toastie maker, iron, ironing board and comfortable bed. As someone with long hair, I was also really pleased with the proper hairdryer rather than the smaller travel models you often get in holiday accommodation.
Just a ‘heads up’ for anyone with mobility issues, Ayaz Suites is set on a hill, meaning that whether you approach it from Gumbet or Bodrum, a hill is unavoidable. Taxis are everywhere, so that will make life easier for most people, but as we tend to walk everywhere, the hill was something we dreaded at the end of our long walks. My parents (in their 70’s) stayed at Ayaz Suites in April but didn’t know about the hill before booking. They both have knee/hip issues but like to walk as much as they can. For anyone in a similar situation, I think it’s helpful to know about the hill in advance before booking.
For Ayaz Suites management I have a couple of suggestions. The first is to improve the bar area. The seating provided is comfortable and high quality, but the bar area itself is very plain and bland, meaning that we never opted to sit there for a drink. The area could be quickly and easily improved by adding some wall/ceiling decorations and providing simple on-site snacks like toasties, pizzas etc., avoiding the need to order food from outside the complex. Both things would increase revenue for the business and enhance the overall guest experience. It would also be useful to have some wall/door hooks in each apartment. The only hanging space is in the tiny wardrobe plus 1 hook on the bathroom door, so having some more hooks around the apartment would be very helpful.
That being said, none of the above spoiled our stay and we would highly recommend Ayaz Suites to anyone considering visiting Gumbet. We both loved our stay and would happily return.

Felt like home
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ayaz Suites in Bodrum and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. I stayed with my two daughters, my son-in-law, and my three-year-old grandson, and it was the perfect family stay.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Ahmed at reception was fantastic—so warm, welcoming, and helpful. We had booked a two-bedroom apartment, but he kindly upgraded us to a three-bedroom apartment, which meant we all had our own rooms. That made such a difference and really elevated our stay.
The apartment itself was stunning and felt completely new. New beds, new sofas, a modern fully fitted kitchen, a spacious lounge area with a TV, and excellent Wi-Fi throughout. The bedding and pillows were hotel-standard—crisp, white, and spotlessly clean, which I absolutely loved.
The cleanliness throughout the apartment was outstanding, especially the bathrooms. The showers were immaculate and spotless—honestly some of the cleanest I’ve seen while travelling. Another huge bonus was having washing machine facilities, which meant no dirty laundry piling up, and there was also great wardrobe and storage space for the whole family.
Housekeeping and service were brilliant. Whenever we needed fresh towels or cleaning, we simply called reception and someone came straight away—nothing was ever too much trouble.
The facilities are excellent: a beautiful swimming pool, a hot jacuzzi, and a 24-hour gym. There were no restrictions on usage times, which we really appreciated. The pool and jacuzzi area is very scenic and peaceful, and in the evenings especially it felt calm, relaxing, and full of serenity.
Ayaz Suites is extremely family-friendly, beautifully maintained, and very well run. The whole place feels new, and the service was honestly 10/10. A special thank you again to Ahmed—when we were leaving, he said, “Oh no, you’re not leaving already,” which really made us smile.
