The hotel was very nice in every way. The location was conveniently close to tram-stops - ideal for going downtown. The parking was convenient in the hotel back yard. No parking fee.
Breakfast was available from the sister-hotel next door for €15 per person. The breakfast restaurant is very nice, but at €15 there are many good local alternatives in the neighborhood.
The hotel is listed as having a pool. That is wrong. The sister-hotel has a pool, but at a charge of €50 per person per use. We did not take «advantage» if that.

Customer-focused satisfaction Eresin Hotel Express
I stayed at Eresin Hotel Express for 3 nights and was very satisfied overall. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Ms. Mihriban and Mr. Rahmi Can for their kind attention and assistance from arrival to departure. They never hesitated to do everything they could to help in times of need; they are wonderful people.
We also rested in the lobby of the Eresin Topkapı Hotel next door, and I had breakfast at Eresin Topkapı; it was a wonderful atmosphere and a fantastic breakfast. While there, we met the receptionist, Mr. Emre, who is a truly wonderful person. He was very kind, attentive, and helpful. I wish him great success in his work and thank him very much for his pleasant conversation and friendly demeanor.
I was impressed by the attitude and style of Eresin Hotels; the hotels are decorated with Turkish, Ottoman, and Islamic motifs, perfectly reflecting my taste. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Eresin family, especially Mrs. Müberra Eresin and Mr. Salih Eresin, and congratulate them on their continued success in their endeavors.
Eresin Express Hotel offers excellent value for money. The hotel is extremely clean, spotless, the sheets and towels are pure white, and the room and bathroom are clean. Thank you very much. Apart from minor noises, it's generally a quiet and peaceful hotel.
I stayed in a single room with a double bed the first night, and the beds made a lot of noise and creaking when I moved. Because of this, I couldn't sleep comfortably. When I mentioned this the next morning, Mr. Rahmi Can immediately changed my room and resolved the issue. I would like to thank him for his customer-focused and solution-oriented approach. The rooms got too hot; I couldn't sleep because of the excessive heat. Rooms should be heated individually, remote controls should be in the room, and for ideal sleep, rooms should be neither too hot nor too cold, but cool.
Express Hotel only offers room service and does not provide food or beverages. We would be very pleased if they could create a difference by offering small complimentary items to their customers, without compromising the price-to-value ratio. Small gestures can make a big difference.
I recommend Eresin hotels to everyone and will look for opportunities to stay there whenever I come to Istanbul.
My humble request to the owners of Eresin Hotels is that you expand the quality of Eresin Hotels to other cities with an affordable pricing policy.

I had a wonderful stay at Eresin hotels express and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining high standards throughout the property. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a long day.

The best 3 star hotel in fatih, look like 4 stars and the area is so good near tranva station,
And the staf is are very friendly, clean, peaceful, comfortable, safe.

The room is nice, clean and newly renovated, though tiny, just a bed. The staff is polite. Certain probs with English there. They can explain simple things like 'going right, turning left'. More complicated questions, especially over the phone, are better handled independently :) The new door springs are very tight, so even at night you can hear the sound of slamming doors echoing down the hallway. Earplugs help :)
