So good and on budget

A man named Orkoun I guess was a really good man and helped us alot. The hotel is on budget and for the money they charge it's great. The room was mediocre but everything was fine and good. Exept the room temprature that was so cold. Other than that it was great. Also communicating with Ourkan was one of the highlights of Istanbull travel for me.

The receptionist Orkan was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately the WiFi never worked during my stay which was very frustrating. When I asked reception around 8pm the gentleman told me it was down but a technician was trying to work on it. It was never fixed even when I checked out today it still didn’t work :(
I had to go to nearby cafes/places with free WiFi. Such an inconvenience but the staff and the hotel itself is good

Staff were very helpful. 2 minute walk to İstiklal street where everything is available. 2 different parking lots on both sides of the hotel. They keep the room clean the hotel clean and the elevator fits many people.

It was a very nice stay. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The hotel is in a great location. Easy to get to.

Great place to stay near Isteklal Street

A nice hotel tucked just behind Isteklal Street in a calm and quite environment. I met more than 1 people at the reception and each and everyone was kind and helpful in different ways. Our taxi driver initially had some difficulty in finding the hotel so he called the hotel and the receptionist/manager himself waited for us around the corner of the street to help us reach the location. The accomodation itself was very clean and tidy. The washroom was adequately stocked with accessories, however a soap dish besides the basin counter and inside the shower cubicle would be nice to have additions. Rest all was as advertised.
