The Hotel is a nice place to stay, not much around there, but a 15 minute walk takes you to a main st ,which has a couple of restaurants with Turkish food, about 30$ aud for 2 of us being conservative.

Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent.

I did not foi expected!!!

Cleanliness fine, but personal..even get almost zero education! Nobody speaks Spanish, French .It's Turkish English.!! But independent language no one speaks Good morning..the waitresses almost all oriental..but very uneducated!! The only thing spoke byenos days..a young cleaning boy noticed was happy working.The others horrible I felt very bad!! Otherwise a 5 star hotel will not serve tea or coffee on paper bases. Good coffee is paid in the bar hotel .es coffee machine lousy.with the aggravating in disposable cup ..Cleaning in the hb justita ...It is very far stanbul center. He has spent money in taxi I will return but to another hotel .

Good hotel, bad employee

I had to stay here because my flight was overbooked, so I received compensation from Turkish Airlines. The check-in was fast. The room size is perfect, and the beds were comfortable. I tried to call the room service that night for a long time. It is either a busy line, or they pick up and no response from their side. I even hear them talking to each other. I called the front desk, and the person who answered the phone was rude and spoke English poorly. I tried to explain the issue, contacting the room service. His reply was "I'm not room service. Call room service ”. I tried to call room service again, but the call was picked up by another rude employee. He was speaking in an aggressive tone and even hung up the phone while I was talking. After a while, a polite employee took my order. When I received the order, the employee who brought it was carrying the plates, three big plates with a tray and not covered. The food was cold, and the drink was in his pockets. The order came without cutlery, after a while. He came again with the cutlery. The hotel's location is far from the city center and its attractions. For me, I didn't mind that, as my stay wasn't intended to visit Istanbul .
