Staff was so helpful before arriving. Arranged a car service for us from port to hotel. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Perfect location in the old city. Able to walk everywhere or a block from city tram line . Breakfast was made to order. Bed was very comfortable and room had coffee machine and bottled water. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a 1500 year-old sister downstairs at axis a private event space, they also hold wine and whiskey tastings! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Very walkable area of Istanbul would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable and far exceeded our expectations. Location could not be beat, walking distance to Aya Sofa, Blue Mosque, main strip of shops and tram line. We anticipated for it to be noisy but we found it to be quiet with excellent sound proofing.
The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming. We had an incredible meal on the rooftop restaurant while enjoying views of the city. We definitely look forward to coming back in the future.
