Very pleasant staff and cute hotel. Rooms very clean and tidy. WiFi perfect. Was really looking forward to a bath in the room as said on description but had a shower instead but that’s only the small thing. Beds very comfy and heated rooms for winter months. Would stay again. Mini bar not overpriced either. Would recommend

This hotel is a vicious company that does not follow the commercial law that the world promises and keeps, and I think that this should be used to mobilize all means to know the travelers around the world so that this damage is no longer used as a means of making customers anymore. .
We made a reservation for this trip and the day in the afternoon, and immediately pressed the cancellation button. However, I have been consulted with the hotel for a long time, but I can't refund and some refunds are consistent and refuse to refund.
Incredible policies can be established in each hotel, but the commercial law does not allow it. If we seriously judge the hotel and usually think of it for customers, we will use it as a means of making money in all other ways. Hotel Scom hope you don't erase this article.
In the future, we will promote the problems of the hotel centered on YouTube broadcasting and Facebook and the travel clubs, and promote it through many places, including Google, so that this damage is no longer. ketenci residence hotel

Stayed at the Ketenci residence hotel for 2 days(1 night) on 21st of June. The hotel is a 15 minute stroll from Izmir bazaar, the rooms might seem a bit small for some people and are very clean and tidy, for us it was perfect and the food was excellent and the staff very efficient and friendly. You must remember that you are in Turkey so the food will be mainly Turkish orientated but I am sure the chef would be able to rustle something up to your liking as nothing seems to be too much trouble for them.All in all we had an excellent time there even though it was only for 1 night.
