I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. My sister was taken ill whilst we were there and Adalet the owner was amazing. He assisted us to get her admitted to hospital and helped me with arrangements. He was so helpful in every way. The hotel is lovely with great staff and the breakfast is delicious. Your stay here will not disappoint.

oBilet and Akayda Boutique Hotel are a source of regret! Don't choose this!

oBilet and Akayda Boutique Hotel are a source of regret! Don't choose this!
My boyfriend and I both work in the service industry (I work at a 5-star hotel). We had been waiting for months for our 3-night, 4-day holiday, and we booked through oBilet, specifically opting for Half Board (Dinner Included), by paying the price difference. But from the very first moment we stepped foot in the shelter, it was a complete nightmare.
We called the hotel several times before leaving; we confirmed our reservation, inquired about toiletries, and informed them that we would be receiving a package. We spoke to hotel official Mr. Adalet on the phone. They didn't say a single word like, "We don't offer half-board, we don't provide dinner," they deliberately brushed the subject aside.
oBilet is already a site that sells bus and plane tickets; it's impossible to understand why they would get into the hotel business. We deeply regretted booking through oBilet when there are professional agencies like ETS that specialize solely in hotels. We learned upon arriving at the hotel that there was no such thing as a dinner service! The service we were sold turned out to be a complete lie.
Our arrival at the hotel was a disaster in itself. I went there exhausted after work, and despite being the reservation holder and having my Turkish ID information in the system, I was kept waiting in the lobby for an hour due to inadequate staff at the reception. Despite me saying "I don't want to, it's forbidden," they forcibly took a photo of my ID with their personal phone. While waiting in the lobby, the power outlet I plugged my phone into was broken; as soon as I plugged it in, my adapter broke, and the metal tip remained inside the socket. I literally narrowly escaped an electric shock. My boyfriend was asleep in his room and couldn't open the door. Even though I said, "Did something happen to you? Let's open it with the master key," they just laughed flippantly and made me wait in the lobby for hours.
When we found out there was no food, we called oBilet and requested a refund. Upon hearing this, Mr. Adalet called us to the reception on our second night and confronted us aggressively. "If you don't like it, if you don't accept it, get out of the hotel!" he said, treating us worse than if he had kicked us out. I lost my temper and packed my things and left the hotel in the middle of the night. While my boyfriend was trying to de-escalate the situation and prevent it from getting out of hand, Mr. Adalet seized the opportunity. She pressured my boyfriend with sexist remarks like, "For us men, our word is our bond, women don't understand," and forced him to sign a paper stating that we wouldn't ask for a refund for the meal money.
I am filing a complaint to the fullest extent against both oBilet, which sold a non-existent concept and caused harm, and this hotel, which tried to kick out the customer, violated personal data, and forced them to sign documents under duress. If you don't want to waste your money and have your vacation ruined, don't look for hotels on oBilet and don't even set foot in this hotel. I will pursue my rights through all legal channels, including the Consumer Arbitration Board, the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and the Ministry of Tourism.

I wouldn't choose that again.

Our vacation was ruined because of oBilet and Akayda Boutique Hotel! Don't choose this!
My boyfriend (who works at a 5-star hotel) and I, who have been apart for months, planned a 3-night, 4-day vacation in Side. We made a reservation through the oBilet website for Half Board (Dinner Included), paying the price difference. But the disaster started the moment we arrived.
Before leaving, we called the hotel several times for delivery, toiletries, and confirmation, and spoke with the manager, Mr. Adalet. They never once said, "We don't have dinner." Upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered that there was no dinner service whatsoever! oBilet had clearly sold us a service that didn't exist. What business does a site that only sells bus/plane tickets have in the hotel business anyway? It seems you should stick with professional companies like ETS.
Since my boyfriend was coming home late from work, I logged in alone during the day and provided his Turkish Republic Identity Number. He was tired from his journey, and I had fallen asleep in the room, so I couldn't open the door. They made the poor girl wait at the reception for a whole hour! Even though she said, "Did something happen to it? Let's open it with the key," they just laughed mockingly and ignored her. Despite her saying "I don't want to," they forcibly took a photo of her ID with their personal cell phone (a clear violation of the Turkish Data Protection Law). While waiting, her charger broke due to a faulty outlet in the lobby, and the girl almost got electrocuted.
Since there was no meal service, my girlfriend naturally called the agency to complain and request a refund. Upon hearing this, Mr. Adalet called us to the reception on our second night and told us, "If you don't like it, if you don't accept it, then leave the hotel!" My girlfriend was understandably very angry about this tone, so she packed her things and left the hotel in the middle of the night. As for me, we had come from far away, we had been waiting for this holiday for months, and I tried to de-escalate the situation so that our enjoyment wouldn't be further spoiled and the matter wouldn't escalate.
But Mr. Adalet completely abused my good intentions. He literally cornered me and pressured me with sexist and manipulative remarks like, "For us men, our word is our bond, women don't understand that." He forced me to sign a document stating that we would not request a refund for the difference in price for the meal. My attempts to smooth things over caused a huge rift between me and my boyfriend, completely ruining our vacation.
We are filing a complaint to the fullest extent against both oBilet, which defrauded us by selling a non-existent concept, and Akayda Boutique Hotel, which attempted to evict guests, violated personal data, and forced them to sign documents under duress. We will pursue our rights through all legal channels, including the Consumer Arbitration Board, the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and the Ministry of Tourism.

Very relaxing holiday with a nice hotel team.

We felt very well looked after by Adalet and his team. The hotel is located in a quiet location of Side, yet the hotspots and the beach are within easy reach. The nearest taxi rank can be reached on foot in 3-4 minutes and a shuttle to the beach. The rooms are very clean and the pool area invites you to relax. Breakfast is very rich and the egg dish served varies daily. Adalet also helped us with all questions very friendly. We would definitely come back.
